Concerts

The venue possibilities are endless in this fantastic music loving country.

Our experts on the ground can offer the perfect performance arena to suit your musical type. Schools, bandstands, churches and larger public venues can be arranged and a warm welcome is guaranteed! In Australia, we have excellent relations with several schools, who are delighted to host British schools for a concert performance. We can also arrange performances in a variety of church venues, which range from smaller places of worship to Melbourne’s cathedrals of St Patrick’s and St Paul’s. Sydney Opera House is also a possibility for groups wishing to finish their trip with a unique finale (charges may be incurred for venue hire).

Day 1

Flight to Melbourne (22 hours).

Day 3-5

Sightseeing in Melbourne to include Great Ocean Road, cultural sights and 1 Concert.

Day 6-7

Cairns & the Great Barrier Reef - Amazing flora and fauna and 1 Concert.

Day 8-11

Sydney - The Opera House, Blue Mountains and 1 Concert.

Day 12

Return to UK.

You should book your tour between 8-18 months in advance. This will give us time to find the best possible venues for your tour and you will have ample time for fundraising should you need to do so.

We understand that school music tours are considered as a reward or holiday for many groups and that where you stay is really important. All hotels and hostels we use are suitable for young music ensembles with many offering rehearsal space and instrument storage. Rooms are normally multi-bedded for students and twins, sometimes singles, for adults. Generally, rooms are en-suite.

We work hard to generate excellent attendance at each concert, as we understand that an appreciative audience makes all the difference. We produce eye-catching posters and handbills, which are displayed and distributed in the environs of your concerts. We also advertise your concerts in online and hard copy local What’s On Guides as well as newspapers, by way of press releases. In addition, we invite local dignitaries, music societies and music students to your concerts. Last but not least, we provide you with posters for your concerts, which will be displayed in your coach and placed on your Club Europe poster board at your venue by your tour manager before each concert.
