Where to stay

We offer a wide range of accommodation, all based in Manhattan either near Central Park or the Empire State Building. Hotels (room only) and Hostels are available to suit every budget and requirement.

Hotel Pennsylvannia: Large hotel with an excellent location just opposite Madison Square Gardens and few minutes walk to Times Square. All rooms have private facilities and 2 double beds.

The YMCA Westside: Situated just footsteps away from Central Park West and The Lincoln Centre, the YMCA Westside has fantastic facilities including a swimming pool, fitness centre, basketball and racquet ball courts and a sauna.

Sample Itinerary (Orchestras*)

Day one

Flight to New York from UK. Transfer to hotel. Time to explore the city by night- Possibility to visit the Empire State Building in the evening.

Day two

90 mins boat cruise around Hudson bay for a full view of Manhattan, Statue of Liberty; Brooklyn Bridge and Ellis Island afternoon concert at the cathedral of St John the Divine, the world’s largest cathedral. Possibility to see a Broadway show in the evening.

Day three

Walk around the Finance District and discover Wall Street to finish by Ground Zero. Afternoon concert at South Street Seaport shopping centre followed by shopping. Possibility to do some more shopping in the evening in Times Square.

Day four

Visit the NBC studios at the Rockefeller Centre (possibility to go Ice Skating during Nov- Dec-Jan). Afternoon: Flight back to London (overnight).

Day five

Morning arrival in London.
