We offer a wide range of accommodation, all based in Manhattan either near Central Park or the Empire State Building. Hotels (room only) and Hostels are available to suit every budget and requirement.
Situated just footsteps away from Central Park West and The Lincoln Centre, the YMCA Westside has fantastic facilities including a swimming pool, fitness centre, basketball and racquet ball courts and a sauna.
We accept any group as long as they are used to performing together as an ensemble, even if only to their fellow students and parents. We always ask for a recent recording of your group and we have range of venues on offer that will welcome beginner groups as well as experienced ensembles.
We can send you mini-brochures to hand out at your rehearsals and a PowerPoint presentation for assemblies and parent’s meetings you may wish to hold. We also have a promotional poster to put up around your school, which you can download here. This will make it easier for you to get your students excited about your plans.
We understand that school music tours are considered as a reward or holiday for many groups and that where you stay is really important. All hotels and hostels we use are suitable for young music ensembles with many offering rehearsal space and instrument storage. Rooms are normally multi-bedded for students and twins, sometimes singles, for adults. Generally, rooms are en-suite.
