Wonderful school music tour to Boston

One of our schools has just come back from a fabulous school music tour to Boston, USA. The school’s choir and orchestra performed four concerts in various venues across Massachusetts from churches to official U.S. Presidential buildings!

They also had a wonderful time exploring the city. Shopping in Quincey Market, taking the JFK Museum tour and visiting Charlestown, Wellesley and the USS Constitution and Museum were just a few things they did during their 7-day tour.

“Please pass on my grateful thanks to everyone at Club Europe for giving my pupils an excellent experience,” their Director of Music wrote. “There was a clear commitment from all at Club Europe to make our tour a real success. My students thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

“We packed a fair amount in and got a good mix of education, fun and relaxation. I was worried it would be difficult travelling around but that was not the case. I quite easily moved 56 people around the city either on ferries or the tube”.

“The area around our hotel is extremely pleasant and quiet. There is a 7-midnight convenience store selling anything one might require just 2 minutes walk away, a nice café 30 seconds away and a delightful restaurant/bar for adults within 30 seconds walk. It is very safe for children to wander about and the ferry is 4 minutes walk away, making it so convenient and easy to get a large party straight into the heart of the City at Long Wharf.”
