One of our schools from London has had an amazing school choir and orchestra tour to Boston.
Their Director of Music said: “This was a really enjoyable and well-organised tour, a truly memorable event for the girls, who still cannot stop talking about it.”
The tour featured five concerts, visits to Newton, Salem, Arlington and Wellesley with time to sight-see, explore and shop in the city.
“The wonderful thing about these tours is seeing how the musicianship of the girls dramatically improves over the course of the tour,” he said. “Our final concert in Wellesley was absolutely the pinnacle of their musical achievement to date. The acoustic was great, plenty of wood, not a huge building but well designed, very beautiful and satisfying.”
