These are the words of Hayley a very happy party leader from a school in Dubai, who recently took her choir on a school music tour to Budapest.
The choir performed three concerts and also enjoyed an exciting programme of excursions in this fascinating city.
“Lucy was very helpful and friendly,” Hayley said, “and patient with me probably extending and missing deadlines left right and centre. I really appreciate all her help and patience. I liked the skype meetings. I felt we made a lot of progress in these meetings and saved sending 800 e-mails back and forth. It also gave me an honest opportunity to talk about expectations.
“All staff in the lead up (and on the tour) have been wonderful to work with and exceptionally helpful. I thought the process was very smooth and if I ever had a question – however stupid – there was always a response.
“Overall: Exceptionally helpful staff who guide you through the rather daunting process with ease, resulting in an incredible experience for students!”
Speaking about one of their concerts in a school, she said: “The school was an absolute delight. The staff were incredible and their students were so inviting. All the students stayed after our concert to great us, present us with cake and sang songs all together. My students loved this concert! It was fabulous!”
Of her Tour Manager, Timea, she added: “She was outstanding and went way beyond the call of duty – wonderful.”
