Summer music tours are an overwhelming success

We’re delighted with the overwhelming success of our school music tours this summer. So many of our party leaders have written to tell us of their wonderful musical experiences.

Tanya from a school in Hampshire took her jazz band wind band choir to the Black Forest:

“I have a great relationship with Alahree and Sabine,” she wrote, summing up her tour, “in one word: Magic. We love the road trip.

“It was a wonderful location with great food and sport facilities {at the hotel}. We used all of them all the time…volleyball, football, basketball pitches, ping-pong tables, performing/storage room, dining room and terrace. Staff were fantastic. Food was absolutely fantastic! Fresh, homely, plentiful and varied.”

Speaking of our tour manager Georg, she said: “What can I say, the man is one in the million. You are so lucky to have him on your books. Georg is efficient, confident, hard working, sociable, great with people (amazing social skills), problem solver of higher class, great under pressure and a delight to talk to and be with… and his voice… he made us all cry when he sang Mendelssohn’s ‘Elijah’.

“Georg was the best tour manager I’ve ever met and one of the loveliest people too.”
