We believe one size does not fit all so, to try and keep your tour on track, we will offer a range of new flexible ways of operating.

Our Promise will include::

• Full cash refund or deferral of your tour to a future date should FCDO advice be in place for your tour destination 30 days prior to departure.
• Flexibility on deposit payment amounts.
• Flexibility of deposit due dates.
• Flexibility on final payment date; and
• Flexibility on final numbers – up to 10% reduction in your tour numbers, with full refund for those not travelling, before submission of final passenger list.
