A trip to Billund in Denmark offers something a bit different. Here Maths students can engage in the plethora of inspiring experiences available at ‘Home of the Brick’, where the approach is learning through play.
There is also time to explore the quaint town of Billund and nearby historical sites.
Day 1
Fly to Billund. Transfer to your accommodation, time to settle in and explore the local area.
Day 2
Spend almost a full day at Lego House; Home of the Brick! Here students engage in the concepts of learning through play. There is time to explore the huge site and outdoor playgrounds. Time to walk into Billund for a spot of sightseeing. Dinner in the unique Mini Chef Restaurant, which is ‘run’ by Lego robot staff. Students build their orders with LEGO bricks.
Day 3
A fun day trip to LEGOLAND Billund Resort, which is located next to the original Lego factory and a must when in this part of Denmark.
Day 4
Morning visit to the fascinating UNESCO Jelling Mounds, an area of ancient Viking settlements. Transfer to Billund airport for your homeward journey.
A plethora of experiences are available with the focus being learning through play.

Once your student travel tour is booked, it is safely in our hands. We will only ask for you assistance in understanding your specific requirements and you will be responsible for ensuring that the dates on our checklist are adhered to. During the process, we will also ask you to provide accurate student and teacher name, passport and dietary requirement details where appropriate.
The most pleasant time of year to come to Europe is between May and September; you may wish to consider this when planning your tour. Summer temperatures across Europe range from 18-35 degrees Celsius. European cities in winter can also offer many interesting cultural experiences that you may enjoy.
