Free inspection visits

For UK groups

If you book a group of 40 or more on a tour of minimum 4 days’ duration and wish to check your accommodation and area in advance then ask about our free inspection visits.

We will be pleased to provide two nights’ free accommodation (bed and breakfast) for two people in a twin room at your chosen centre. This is available once deposits have been received. Please note that transport arrangements are not included.

The inspection visit is a valuable opportunity for you to visit confirmed venues or to have some involvement in your concert programme. Wherever possible, we will make arrangements for you to visit venues and arrange meetings with relevant persons who may be assisting in the organisation. In some cases, and where local agents and contacts are otherwise engaged, you may be required to inspect venues without assistance. In such cases, you may need to hire a car.

Once you have returned from your inspection visit, we will ask for your feedback via a form or by phone call. This is to ensure that any changes made to the tour are passed onto us.

"The S’Cool workshops at CERN really are the best way to get students to comprehend the awe and wonder of modern Physics. They tie in directly with Year 12 material. It's also a great way to entice Year 11s to take up Physics for A level. Some of them who were on our trip have already said they will."
