‘A trip of a lifetime for staff and students; quite genuinely the best school trip I’ve ever led’

Thank you to all the staff at Club Europe who helped us with this trip; it was quite genuinely the best school trip I’ve ever led.

Lucy, our account manager, was really helpful, with fast responses to emails. Sabine, who was our Operations Manager and also our tour manager in Paris, was absolutely fabulous. She went above and beyond, and nothing was too much for her!

It was wonderful to see the planning and rehearsals finally coming to fruition at our concert in the retirement home; and to hear the audience enjoy it so much. The acoustics in the amphitheatre where we also performed were great. There was plenty of space and great lighting. The audience loved it, and the students all played better than the previous day.

Our accommodation centre was in a really good location for all the activities we had planned. The performance space was much bigger and more impressive than we expected, which was excellent.

Our drivers were honestly fantastic, especially on the congested roads in Paris. They were very accommodating and were really part of the team by the end of the trip. They were clearly very experienced and so helpful throughout. Absolutely brilliant. I would definitely work with them again.

To sum up: It was a trip of a lifetime for staff and students; we will definitely be booking again.
